Dear Friends,

As all of you might have already known, Japan are
facing the toughest time in history. Some of you may have friends in
Tohoku area. It's really really heartbreaking. We really need the
support from all over the world.

The tragedy in Japan is still on. We, human being are very very
small. While we can't stop what Mother Nature wants to do, we can
stop something human being built, which is Nuclear Power Plants.

One of the emergent concerns(let's leave Fukushima Problems to the
specialists for a while. We novice people cannot do anything about
it ) is Hamaoka Nuclear Plants, which located in Shizuoka Prefecture,
where a possibility of a huge earthquake has been predicted for a long
time.

A local citizen group,"Rainbow Network," has been asking the world to
support them. They are planing to take a proposal to Shizuoka
Prefecuture on March 17, 2011.

If you can support them, please send your name and address via e-mail to them.

Mail address:plumfield9905@yahoo.co.jp

Your names and addresses will be on the proposal list. The tentative
deadline is the morning of March 17th.
